CashFlowCast Terms of Service

Effective October 28, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the CashFlowCast website and mobile apps. By creating an account and checking the agreement box, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

1. Who operates CashFlowCast

CashFlowCast is an independently operated personal software project, not a bank, brokerage, payment institution, or financial adviser. Support and maintenance are provided on a best-effort basis; we do not promise a particular uptime or response time. Contact: support@cashflowcast.com.

2. What CashFlowCast does

CashFlowCast is a personal budgeting and cash-flow forecasting tool. You manually enter your balances, bills, income, dates, and related information. CashFlowCast does not connect to your bank, verify real account balances, transfer funds, pay bills, or make financial decisions for you.

3. Estimates are not guarantees

All forecasts, projected balances, reminders, and reports are estimates based on entered information and software calculations. Actual transactions may post at different times or amounts. Forecasts can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or temporarily unavailable. CashFlowCast is not financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice. Always confirm your available funds, payment status, and deadlines directly with your bank and billers before acting.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of information you enter, safeguarding your login credentials, and reviewing actual balances and payment deadlines. Do not use CashFlowCast as your sole basis for deciding whether funds are available or a payment has occurred. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or enter another person's financial information without authorization.

5. Accounts, reminders, and availability

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. Email reminders are a convenience only; delivery is not guaranteed and can be affected by spam filters, connectivity, or service outages. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or preservation of all data. Keep your own records of important financial information.

6. Trials, subscriptions, and cancellation

Any trial terms, renewal price, billing period, and cancellation method will be presented at purchase. Web and Android payments may be managed by a payment provider; iOS subscriptions are handled by Apple. Unless canceled through the applicable provider, an auto-renewing subscription may renew under the purchase terms. Deleting a CashFlowCast account does not automatically cancel subscriptions billed by Apple, Google, or other providers. Statutory refund rights, if any, remain unaffected.

7. Privacy and account deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices. You can request account deletion using the Delete Account feature or by contacting support. Deletion and retention are described in that policy.

8. Your data and ownership

You retain ownership of the information you enter. You grant us permission to host, process, back up, and display that information as necessary to provide CashFlowCast and operate the service. You are responsible for keeping separate copies of any information you cannot afford to lose. Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices.

9. Acceptable use and ownership of the app

Do not access accounts without authorization, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, abuse automated requests, or use CashFlowCast for unlawful purposes. CashFlowCast’s software, design, trademarks, and original content remain owned by their respective owners. Your subscription gives you permission to use the service, not ownership of its software.

10. Suspension and discontinuation

We may suspend accounts for abuse, security threats, or violations of these Terms. We may also change or discontinue the service. Where reasonably practical, we will give notice of a permanent shutdown and provide an opportunity to retrieve account information, subject to security, legal, and technical limitations.

11. Warranty disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CashFlowCast is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement. No forecast or notification is guaranteed.

12. Limits of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CashFlowCast and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for financial losses arising from reliance on estimated balances, forecasts, missed reminders, or interruptions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-excludable conduct. These provisions do not prevent anyone from asserting a claim, and their enforceability depends on applicable law.

13. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are generally governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without applying conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise. Nothing in this section deprives consumers of non-waivable rights or legally available forums in their jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the current effective date and provide any notice or renewed consent required by law. Material changes will not automatically override rights that applicable law protects.
